By now we all know that venues are a crucial part of wedding planning. I mean, weddings have to happen somewhere right? But often times venues can feel overwhelming, underwhelming, and like they bog our big day down. Cut to Sally and Nic’s chic take on venues. Their commitment to a clean and crisp concrete winery is absolutely refreshing. It allows for space, intimacy, and of course, style.
This couple is as chic as it gets on all counts, with stunning and glamorous jewelry and shining dapper shoes to highlight the couple’s impeccable taste in both gown and suit. This style is refreshingly daring as it entertains both elegance and modernity in a tasteful fashion. The perfect complement to a stunning location and a stunning love.
We’d like to thank Julianna J Photography for the fabulous work on this chic wedding! A huge congratulations to Sally and Nic and their new life together!
From the Bride:
Our venue was the perfect backdrop for the wedding we had in mind – the winery had clean, concrete walls with pops of red and orange along the borders. After we got ready separately, Nick and I had our first look before the ceremony – this was our favorite moment of the entire day. We had opted for a small, intimate ceremony and the winery had beautiful trees that naturally created a perfect aisle.
After the ceremony, we got to enjoy great food and wine, followed by pie cutting (this was the groom’s only request during the entire wedding planning process – to have pie in place of cake!). We got to end the night with a s’mores station over a fireplace outdoors decorated with twinkling lights and headed off to the lovely Willows Lodge for the night.
