Alex & Joe’s Stunningly Elegant Wedding

By  |

Alex and Joe’s stunningly elegant wedding is one for the books. Looking at the incredible photos captured by John Malloy Photography, you would never be able to tell that the groom was hospitalized just before the wedding. Released the day of, Joe mustered up enough strength to marry and dance with Alex. Surrounded by family and friends, the couple were able to have their magical and stunningly elegant wedding.

In every photo, the couple looks so in love and incredibly happy. Alex’s smile lights up each photo as she stuns in a beautifully embroidered princess gown. Joe can’t keep his eyes off his beautiful bride, and we don’t blame him! She is completely radiant. The couple’s secret rooftop photo session is one of our favorite parts of the evening. The sky looks absolutely on fire – bold in color and full of romance. The soft pastels of the wedding colours are beautifully contrasted by the vibrant photos on the roof. Their romantic dance on the roof is picturesque and intimate.

With such a story of strength demonstrated by this couple, we are so happy they got to have their fairytale wedding. Congratulations to the beautiful couple, we wish you all the best!

From John Malloy Photography:

Alex and Joe’s wedding day was nearly put on pause when Joe was hospitalized with diverticulitis. He was ultimately released from the hospital the morning of his wedding day and had the strength marry Alex, dance with her for the first time, and swing her in the air for some amazing rooftop images at the Lancaster Marriott. All in all, it was a fairy tale like day for both of them.
